FREIGHT & TAXES
For orders within New Zealand, freight is charged at a flat rate of $6 with arrival within 1-4 working days.
When ordering internationally, it is possible customs, duty, or VAT fees may be applicable. Any fees charged once the package reaches your country are not included in the point of sale transaction and are payable to the appropriate government agencies. If you are concerned about taxes or duties, please look into this before you order. NB. We are required to sign that the value we mark for custom’s is true.
International freight is charged at flat rates. Normal Shipping rates are as follows:
International 10-25 days 0.0kg – 0.2kg $15.00 NZD (one toy)
International 10-25 days 0.2kg – 0.4kg $20.00 NZD (two toys)
International 10-25 days 0.4kg – 0.6kg $30.00 NZD (three toys)
International 10-25 days 0.6kg – 0.8kg $35.00 NZD (four toys)
International 10-25 days 0.8kg – 1.0kg $45.00 NZD (five toys)

If you receive defective or damaged goods please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Please clearly advise what the problem is and include the following information: Invoice or Packing Slip Number, Item Description, Date of Purchase, Price Paid, a daytime phone number and if possible a photograph of the damage.
Ensure items are returned to us in original condition. If the product cannot be exchanged by the same or another item to satisfaction, then a full refund will be provided.
Please allow us to have 3 to 5 working days for confirmation, We will contact you as soon as possible.
Please ensure item/s are NOT used, worn or damaged, and are in 100% re-saleable condition when we receive them back. We will contact you within 2 working days with the procedures to resolve the problem via the above guidelines. Returns for orders paid by credit card will be credited electronically back to your credit card account. Returns for orders paid by direct credit will be credited electronically back to your bank account.
